Prestige was established in 2003 with an initial fleet of 11 buses and a team of 50 staff members. The inaugural journey took place on December 18, 2003, to Kisumu. Our mission from the outset has been to instill discipline, reliability, and predictability in the often chaotic public transport sector, ensuring dignified and secure transportation for all travelers. Our fleet comprised luxurious vehicles, and our courteous personnel adhered strictly to road safety regulations. Consequently, when the Kenyan government tightened road safety measures in 2004, Prestige had already integrated these protocols into our operations. Today, our fleet has expanded to over 100 vehicles. In addition to shuttle services, we offer car hire services and parcel delivery. Our organization prides itself on an exemplary customer service ethos centered on five core principles: Safety, Security, Punctuality, Comfort, and Reliability. Notably, Prestige Shuttle is renowned for its employment of female personnel, symbolized by their distinctive red attire. These dedicated women have not only raised the bar for professionalism and performance in a traditionally male-dominated industry but have also become synonymous with exceptional customer service standards.
