We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how to cancel or modify your booking and the applicable refund terms.

Booking Modifications
- Date changes are subject to seat availability
- Route changes may incur additional charges if the new route costs more
- Modifications made less than 6 hours before departure are treated as cancellations
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are returned via the original payment method (M-Pesa)
- Processing fees may apply
Cancellations by Prestige Shuttle
In the rare event that we cancel a trip due to mechanical issues, weather, or other operational reasons:
- You will receive a full refund, OR
- You may reschedule to the next available departure at no extra cost
