Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Prestige Shuttle transport services. By purchasing a ticket or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online at prestige.rakaabonline.com, via our booking offices, or at our stations
Online bookings require payment via M-Pesa. Cash payments are accepted at physical locations
Tickets are valid only for the date, time, route, and seat specified
Passengers must present valid identification and their ticket when boarding

2. Travel Requirements

Arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure
Passengers who arrive late may forfeit their seat without refund
Follow all instructions from our staff and drivers
Children under 3 years travel free when seated on a parent's lap; older children require a ticket

3. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage up to 20kg and one small carry-on bag
Additional luggage may incur extra charges
Prohibited items include flammable materials, weapons, illegal substances, and live animals
Prestige Shuttle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

4. Conduct on Board

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and drug use are strictly prohibited
Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the vehicle without refund
Playing loud music without headphones is not permitted
Keep the vehicle clean and dispose of trash properly

5. Cancellations and Changes

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for detailed information on refunds and booking modifications.

6. Liability

Prestige Shuttle is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other factors beyond our control
We are not responsible for consequential damages arising from travel delays
Our liability for lost or damaged luggage is limited to KES 10,000 per item unless additional insurance is purchased
